Terms & Conditions

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of our website and services. By accessing our website, requesting a quotation, placing an order, or using our 3D design, CAD, customization, prototyping, or 3D printing services, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.

Please read them carefully before using our services.

1. About Us

Ynfuse AB provides 3D design, CAD modeling, product customization, prototyping, and 3D printing services.

2. Our Services

We may provide services including, but not limited to:

  • 3D design and CAD modeling
  • Design optimization for 3D printing
  • Product prototyping
  • 3D printing using available materials and technologies
  • Product customization, including logos, text, QR codes, colors, and design modifications
  • Batch production of 3D printed parts
  • File review and technical advice related to 3D printing

The exact scope of work will be agreed individually for each project, quotation, or order.

3. Quotations and Orders

All prices, timelines, and project details are confirmed through a quotation or written agreement.

A quotation may be based on the information, files, and specifications provided by the customer. If the provided information is incomplete, inaccurate, or later changed, we may need to update the quotation, timeline, or technical scope.

A quotation is not binding until accepted by the customer and confirmed by Ynfuse AB.

We reserve the right to refuse an order if:

  • The project is technically unsuitable for our process
  • The requested design cannot be manufactured safely or reliably
  • The customer provides insufficient or inaccurate information
  • The project involves prohibited, illegal, unsafe, or infringing content
  • The required materials, machines, or production capacity are unavailable

4. Customer Responsibilities

The customer is responsible for ensuring that all submitted files, models, drawings, logos, images, and project information are accurate, complete, and suitable for the intended purpose.

The customer is also responsible for ensuring that they have the legal right to use any files, logos, trademarks, designs, images, or other materials submitted to us.

By submitting files or project materials, the customer confirms that the materials do not infringe the intellectual property rights, privacy rights, or other rights of any third party.

5. Design Files and Technical Limitations

3D printing has technical limitations. Final parts may differ slightly from digital models, images, or expectations due to material behavior, machine tolerances, layer lines, support marks, color variation, surface finish, shrinkage, warping, or post-processing effects.

Unless specifically agreed in writing, 3D printed parts are not certified for medical, food-contact, load-bearing, electrical, safety-critical, or regulatory-controlled applications.

The customer is responsible for testing and validating whether the final product is suitable for their intended use.

6. Design Revisions and Changes

The number of included design revisions, if any, will be stated in the quotation or project agreement.

Additional revisions, design changes, file corrections, or changes in project scope may result in additional costs and extended timelines.

Once production has started, changes may no longer be possible or may require a new quotation.

7. Payment

Payment terms will be stated in the quotation, invoice, or order confirmation.

Depending on the project, we may require full or partial payment before starting design work, purchasing materials, or beginning production.

Late payments may result in delayed production, delayed delivery, or suspension of services.

All prices are listed in SEK, unless otherwise stated. Taxes, shipping, and additional fees may be added where applicable.

8. Delivery and Timelines

Estimated timelines are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed unless explicitly agreed in writing.

Production or delivery may be delayed due to:

  • Missing or incomplete customer information
  • Design changes or approval delays
  • Material availability
  • Machine maintenance or technical failure
  • Failed prints or reprints
  • Shipping delays
  • Events outside our reasonable control

We are not responsible for delays caused by the customer, third-party delivery providers, or circumstances outside our control.

9. Returns, Refunds, and Cancellations

Because many of our products and services are custom-made, personalized, or produced according to customer specifications, returns and refunds may be limited.

Orders may not be eligible for cancellation, return, or refund once design work, material purchasing, or production has started.

If a product is defective due to an error on our side, we may, at our discretion, offer repair, replacement, reprint, partial refund, or another suitable solution.

We are not responsible for issues caused by:

  • Incorrect or incomplete customer files
  • Wrong dimensions or specifications provided by the customer
  • Unsuitable design for the intended use
  • Customer-approved design errors
  • Normal 3D printing characteristics such as layer lines, minor color variation, surface marks, or support traces
  • Damage caused by misuse, incorrect installation, heat, chemicals, excessive force, or unsuitable environment

10. Intellectual Property

The customer retains ownership of the files, designs, logos, images, and materials they provide to us.

By submitting project materials, the customer grants Ynfuse AB a limited right to use those materials only for the purpose of reviewing, quoting, designing, producing, and delivering the requested service.

Unless otherwise agreed in writing, any design files, CAD files, technical drawings, source files, or internal production files created by Ynfuse AB remain the intellectual property of Ynfuse AB.

The customer receives ownership of the physical printed product after full payment, unless otherwise agreed.

If the customer wants full ownership or transfer of CAD files, source files, editable design files, or exclusive rights, this must be agreed separately in writing.

11. Portfolio and Marketing Use

We will not publicly share confidential customer files, private project details, or sensitive information without permission.

We may ask for permission to use photos, project examples, or anonymized case studies for our website, portfolio, social media, or marketing materials.

If the customer does not want their project shown publicly, they should inform us in writing.

12. Prohibited Content

We may refuse to design, print, or produce items that are illegal, unsafe, harmful, or otherwise inappropriate.

This may include, but is not limited to:

  • Weapons or weapon components
  • Items intended to cause harm
  • Counterfeit goods
  • Infringing copies of protected designs, logos, or trademarks
  • Illegal, hateful, or discriminatory content
  • Items requiring certification or regulatory approval that we cannot provide

We reserve the right to reject any project at our discretion.

13. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Ynfuse AB is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages, including loss of profit, loss of business, loss of data, or damage resulting from the use or misuse of our products or services.

Our total liability for any claim related to an order is limited to the amount paid by the customer for that specific order, unless otherwise required by law.

The customer is responsible for verifying that the product is suitable, safe, and compliant for its intended application.

14. Warranty Disclaimer

We aim to provide high-quality services and products, but we do not guarantee that 3D printed parts will be suitable for every intended use.

Unless explicitly agreed in writing, our products are provided without certification, regulatory approval, or guaranteed performance for specific technical, medical, safety-critical, or industrial applications.

By using our website or services, you acknowledge that we may process personal data as described in that policy.

17. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms and Conditions from time to time.

The latest version will be available on our website. Continued use of our website or services after changes are published means you accept the updated Terms.

18. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Sweden, unless otherwise required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Any disputes shall first be handled through good-faith communication between the customer and Ynfuse AB.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it may be submitted to the competent courts or authorities in], unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
